Not sure why they have such a low rating. Service is always friendly and quick. Chicken is well seasoned with good portions. They have some one of the best drink selections of any North York bar. Patio is heated too so you can literally be outside when it's less than 10 degrees and feel warm while getting fresh hour. This bar is a North York staple!!

Great space to hang out with friends for some snacks and drinks (cheap shots) ! Very lively restaurant and great for entertaining big groups.

I’m not sure with the low rating! I had a pretty Good Friday night here. Before that I was going around the area and without knowing much of this restaurant, I decided to come in to check out. The food portion is large; pricing is great service was fast even thought it was very busy. Staff were nice and helpful. I liked the vibe so much that I stayed outdoor; it was quite chilly though

I had an amazing experience at Chicken in the Kitchen! The Korean fried chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The staff provided outstanding customer service — super friendly and attentive the whole time. I also really enjoyed the music selection, which added to the fun, lively vibe. Great food, great people, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back! Chicken in the Kitchen is a North York gem! Rating: 5/5

We arrived at around 6pm and were seated right away. We got the Golden Fried chicken and it came juicy and nicely fried. The potato wedges were a bit bland so we used our rose rice cake sauce for extra flavour. The rice cake itself was good and not spicy at all. Overall very friendly staff and great food!

Always love their gold fried chicken and the frozen drinks!! They serve non alcoholic frozen mocktails too. Kids are allowed if you ever want to chill with your mom besties and bring your kids with you. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

The service at this place was immaculate thanks to our amazing, attentive, personable server SEBASTIAN. Thank you Sebastian!!! We had some special requests around temperature, seating and more—and he accommodated us expertly—we felt so comfortable thanks to him! Aside from that the food was delicious, and the patio was a beautiful spot to sit in during warmer days like these

Perfect spot for great food, cheap drinks and a really fun and lively atmosphere. The staff are amazing; very friendly and accommodating. The vibe on weekends is young and fun! The fried chicken is not to be underestimated, especially the Korean Spicy Thai. This really is a great spot for any day of the week. We've become regulars.
